Shepherd's Pie

Approx. 1.2 lbs ground beef

1 or 2 onions, chopped

2 cans cream corn – 1 big, 1 small

Crushed garlic, 1 TBSP

6 or 7 potatoes, cooked and mashed

Beef Bovril

Italian spice

Salt & Pepper

Start boiling potatoes

Cook beef, add onion and cook further until onion soft

Add garlic, Bovril, Italian spice, salt & pepper

Pre-heat creamed corn in microwave

Spread above in a casserole dish, pour creamed corn on top, spread potatoes on top of that.

Cook for 30 minutes at 350F
